Messiah
Persona 3 Reload
The Messiah Persona 3 Reload recipe is Orpheus plus Thanatos. Reach Judgement Rank 10 and prepare for a level 91 result, then select the two ingredients in Normal Fusion in the Velvet Room. This is a fixed pair, so their ordinary arcana calculation does not choose a different target. Start by checking the unlock and your protagonist level before spending yen on summons.
Fusion checklist
Check Judgement Rank 10 and your protagonist level against Messiah’s base level 91 before summoning materials. Compare fixed recipes and their fusion menus.
Prepare and register Thanatos, then use Orpheus + Thanatos in Normal Fusion. Keep the desired inherited skills on the preview. Open the exact Messiah pair.
For Orpheus Telos, summon Thanatos again after making Messiah: both are separate final ingredients. Follow the six-material preparation order.

How to fuse Messiah
For a Messiah Persona 3 Reload preparation route, finish Thanatos first. His six ingredients are Pisaca, Pale Rider, Loa, Samael, Mot and Alice, and his own unlock requires Death Rank 10. Register the finished Thanatos in the Compendium. Then summon Orpheus and combine the pair, keeping another registered copy available if either ingredient has a build you want to use again.
Use the correct fusion menu
A Messiah Persona 3 Reload search often groups this recipe with special fusions because its ingredients are fixed. In the game, however, you combine two Personas through Normal Fusion rather than selecting a multi-ingredient Special Fusion entry. Do not look for a third ingredient or replace Orpheus with another Fool Persona. The fixed names are what matter for this result.
Prepare the ingredient chain once
When planning Messiah Persona 3 Reload alongside other endgame targets, keep the material chain in view. Alice is an ingredient of Thanatos, while both Thanatos and Messiah are ingredients of Orpheus Telos. Making Messiah consumes the Thanatos in your stock. Register Thanatos before that step so you can summon him again for the later six-material fusion without rebuilding the entire chain.
Choose inherited skills before confirming
Your Messiah Persona 3 Reload build can inherit eligible skills from the two ingredients. Read the inheritance screen and choose the skills that support the job you want: recovery, physical attacks or magic. The recipe itself determines the resulting Persona, while inherited skills determine the starting build you actually receive. Register a useful ingredient skill set before fusion rather than relying on its natural learning list alone.
Plan the later levels
The Messiah Persona 3 Reload learning sequence gives you concrete leveling goals. Enduring Soul arrives at 92, Regenerate 3 at 93, Invigorate 3 at 94, Null Phys at 96 and Magic Ability at 98. Check the resulting level after fusion bonuses, because the finished Persona can start above its base level. A skill listed at a later level is not automatically present on every newly fused copy.
Read the affinities by damage type
For Messiah Persona 3 Reload combat planning, Fire, Ice, Electric and Wind are resisted; Light and Dark are repelled. Slash, Strike and Pierce start with normal effectiveness, as does Almighty. The later Null Phys skill changes the physical defense of a build that has learned and retained it. Use the affinity display together with the current skill list rather than treating base resistances as the final build.
Check the preview before spending yen
If the Messiah Persona 3 Reload result is unavailable, verify Judgement Rank 10, the exact ingredient names and your protagonist level. This guide uses The Journey data. Match any DLC settings when making intermediate Personas, even though this fixed final pair stays the same. Once the preview shows Messiah and the desired inherited skills, finish the fusion and register the result for future summons.

Frequently asked questions
How do I fuse Messiah in Persona 3 Reload?
For Messiah Persona 3 Reload, use Orpheus and Thanatos in Normal Fusion after unlocking Judgement Rank 10. The result has base level 91. Use the calculator link in the recipe table to open that exact pair, then compare the result and inherited skills with the Velvet Room preview before confirming.
Does Messiah require a multi-Persona special fusion?
The Messiah Persona 3 Reload recipe has two fixed ingredients. Use the normal two-Persona fusion menu for Orpheus plus Thanatos. Fixed recipes and multi-ingredient Special Fusion entries are different categories for navigating the game menus, even when a reference table lists both together.
Do DLC packs change the final Messiah pair?
The Messiah Persona 3 Reload final pair remains Orpheus plus Thanatos. Installed packs can change ordinary recipes used to prepare other ingredients, so select the packs matching your game in the calculator. Keep the final pair and its Judgement unlock separate from those intermediate recipe changes.
Should I keep Thanatos after making Messiah?
Register Thanatos before using him for Messiah. Orpheus Telos requires both Personas as separate ingredients, so you will need to summon Thanatos again if you continue that route. Registering the useful copy preserves its current skills and level and makes the later preparation much easier.
